Because the chemical of that susbstance does not change, the only change in phase transition is the physical properties. For example, water (liquid) ------> water (ice). In this phase transition water is always H2O, but now water is harden (physically). However, you may think of the interactions between the molecules, but the chemical interation between water molecules do not change, only the fact that they interact with each other more frequently, which is also physical interaction. Hope this is help
condensation
Sublimation is the process where a solid directly transitions to a gas without passing through the liquid phase. This typically occurs when the pressure is low and the temperature is high enough for the solid particles to gain sufficient kinetic energy to break free from the solid structure.
A phase-contrast microscope (or phase-difference microscope or phase microscope) allows better viewing of clear specimens that usually need to be stained before you can make out the various parts. Staining is a time consuming process and kills the cells being viewed. With a phase-contrast microscope, living cells can be studied as they go through the cell division cycle.HOW IT WORKSAs light goes through a transparent specimen, there may not be anything interesting to see. However, the light undergoes phase changes as it passes through the different parts of the specimen. Unfortunately, the human eye does not notice phase changes. A phase-contrast microscope converts these unnoticed phase changes into differences in brightness, which the human eye sees very well. The darker and lighter parts of the specimen make it very visible. This also works on reflected light microscopes.
The ice cube would first melt into liquid water due to the heat from the sun (melting). The liquid water would then evaporate into water vapor (evaporation). Finally, the water vapor would cool and condense back into liquid water (condensation).
Water cycle is the cycle that H2O molecules go through. The nitrogen cycle is the cycle that nitrogen goes through as it changes from nitrate to nitrite to ammonia, all by bacterias in the soil.
Because atoms only go through phase changes
Water go through different states. It include solid , liquid and gaseous states.

Dry ice goes through one change to make "fog", but water ice has to go through two changes to become a gas.You could use water ice to make fog, but it would have to go through the liquid phase before it evaporates or boils. But dry ice, instead of melting and evaporating, will go through what is called sublimation, which is the change of matter of solid to gas.

Typically crayfish go on the march in march. There are factors that come into play. They are water temperature, moon phase and tidal forces. This changes every year.
It is converted to bond energy
the water evaporates leaving sugar crystals

Dunno.!! But a phase is where you like go through an amount of time where your obsessed with something ! Hope it helped!!
