You can do anything you want just for the experience. I froze some caramel apples i made for a party accidentally. My goal was to have it in the freezer for a few minutes to help the caramel set and i totally forgot. The next day i transfer them to the fridge hopping it was going to be fine but i was not at all. I took one out to room temp to test it and it became very watery, the caramel was falling a part, they were brown inside. a total mess :) but it was a great experience. i ended up getting mini desserts all ready made from the store. i t all worked out.
