Marine fauna and flora are most important. We depended on fauna (Animals) for food and in some countries flora (plants) also. If we can not protect the marine environment may damage of ecosystem.

still we are doing research on marine life and organisms and we are extracting marine drugs also, these are more efficient than terrestrial because of wide environment.
