Matter has 3 states, solid, liquid, and gas.

Typically one thinks of solid being the "frozen", or the coldest state of the matter.

You heat a solid to create a liquid (or sometimes directly a gas called sublimation)

Liquid is in the middle.

You heat the liquid to create a gas which is at the highest temperature.

There is also the enthalpy of fusion, or the "specific melting heat", which is an additional amount of heat that is absorbed to melt something.

Likewise, there is the enthalpy of vaporization, or the "heat of vaporization" or the heat required to convert a liquid into a gas.

So, the gas not only is at a warmer temperature (or at the boiling point), but it is also at a higher energy state. And, if it condenses, say on your hand, it will impart this additional heat to your hand.

How sugar solid from liquid?

Sugar can crystallize from liquid form. It tends to do so if it is condensed enough. Also, cooler temperatures may play a role in solidification.

The density of a liquid form of a material is always less than the density of the solid form of that same material?

Not always - the density of a liquid may be greater or less than that of the solid form depending on the molecular structure and arrangement. For example, water is an exception as its solid form (ice) is less dense than its liquid form.

Suspended and dissolved material indicates what?

The meaning of "dissolved" is that a material (solute) form a homogeneous solution.Suspended material float in a liquid but is not soluble; it is a non-homogeneous mixture.
