Why people hate chemistry?

Chemistry is hard because there is a lot of memorization required in order for you to be able to truly grasp and understand different concepts. Some consider it complicated. There are many parts requiring exact measurements and other techniques. The only way to make learning chemistry easier is to work at it until it is really pounded into your brain. Outline the chapter, do sample problems with the the book, and ask for help when you don't understand something (but first really try to dissect the problem yourself).

If you are about to take chemistry in high school or college, try reading a preparation book first. Some suggestions are:

• 'Chemistry for Everyone'
• 'Chemistry Essentials for Dummies'
• 'Chemistry for Dummies.'

You can get any of these books on Amazon.com - they are good introductions to the subject and can tell you what to expect in the formal class. 'Chemistry for Everyone' is especially good for students who have had trouble with science classes in the past.

This will give you some time to absorb the concepts so when you see them again in class they won't be so foreign to you.

There is a saying by Henry Ford:

"If you think: you can or you cannot... Either way you are right!"

answ2. I don't either - science means "to know" and i like finding out new things.

answ3. Most people hate science because science opposes religion. for example you can see the human revolution in science and Adam and Eve in religion.(it's a total difference)

Because it is really complicated and difficult !

Chemistry as all other sciences is complicated and difficult; but is annoying only for persons without curiosity and skills for science and technology.

People hate chemistry because it's boring. These formulas that add uo anything that you could really care less about. Chemistry should be given to students who actually find interest in the subject or who wants to make carrers out of it. Not to any student and expect them to understand what is h20 = pc3 whatever....

As a student myself, we do not hate Chemistry. Usually the teacher makes it boring therefore we do not look forward to the classes, but with a good teacher, Chemistry is a really interesting subject.

Chemistry, mathematics and physics are hard for many people. They are scientific disciplines. Many prefer liberal arts etc fro that reason. Many peoples brains just do not like mathematical concepts or molecular scenarios but they can create music, sculpture paintings etc. Similarly, many people who are great chemists and mathematicians can not paint/draw,sculpt.

Some people may find chemistry difficult due to its technical language and abstract concepts. Additionally, the need to understand complex formulas and equations can be overwhelming for some individuals. Others may dislike chemistry because they have had negative experiences with it in the past, such as poor teaching or lack of interest in the subject matter.
