The phase that allows cadets to achieve a deeper understanding of new information is often referred to as the "application" or "analysis" phase. During this stage, cadets engage in activities that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and synthesis of the lesson content. By applying the new knowledge to real-world scenarios or practical exercises, they can better internalize and make sense of the information. This active engagement fosters deeper learning and retention.
