Saturn cannot currently sustain human life. A gas giant, it's not exactly an ideal vacation spot.If you had a viable habitat and life support that could maintain an earth-like environment inside it; then theoretically you could live anywhere.
When it is in the night sky, Saturn can be seen form anywhere on Earth. However it will be best seen in conditions/places where there are clear skies and no human lights around.

All dogs can pretty much sleep anywhere. At a pet store you can buy a "dog pillow" that you can put just about anywhere. Whether the dog will sleep on it or not is a different story. Most dogs will sleep on the bed with you.
