To increase your bench press max to 300 pounds, you need to focus on progressive overload by gradually increasing the weight you lift, ensuring proper form and technique, incorporating accessory exercises to strengthen supporting muscles, and following a well-rounded training program that includes both strength training and adequate rest for muscle recovery. Consistency and dedication to your training regimen will be key in reaching your goal.

The average one repetition bench press max dedends on the individual's height and weight. I am five foot, and seventy-nine pounds, and I bench press a one rep max of ninety pounds. I'm eleven. I have a friend at school, who is also eleven, who has a one-hundred and five pound bech max, but he is about five foot five, and weighs one hundred and thirty-five pounds. But then I have another friend who weighs about one hundred sixteen pounds, is five foot two and pushes an eighty-eighty-five pound max. Then there is two other boys, one who is four foot eleven, weighs seventy-five pounds, and benches seventy five pounds. Lastly there is another who is roguhly four foot nine and eighty-five to ninety pounds, and benches about eighty-eighty-five pounds. So it depends on the height, weight, and growth of the person. So between my friends and me, the average one rep max would be from eighty-six pounds, to eighty-eight pounds. But that might be a little high, so I'd say the average is from seventy-five to eighty-five. I just have a couple of pretty strong friends. HOPE I HELPED!
