A 5.56 magazine could be used for .204 Ruger ammo, however, and, with a different floor plate, could be used for pretty much any intermediate cartridge 45mm in length or less - 6.8x43 Remington SPC, .50 Beowulf, .458 SOCOM, 6.5 Grendel, 7.62x39, 5.45x39, etc.
