To the extent that there can be a yes or no answer to this, it would have to be no. The question betrays a certain lack of understanding about how time and/or sunset actually works.

Ignoring the effects of geography (mountains or plains west of the city, for example); in general cities further west have sunset later than cities further east., so not even all of Pennsylvania has sunset at the same time!

In fact, two cities 15 miles apart - or, two Pittsburg suburbs on opposite sides of the city - will have a 1 minute difference in the times of sunrise or sunset. The times of sunrise/sunset are VERY dependent on exact location.
