How do you cancel subscription with Lombardi publishing?

I went to my bank, filled out the appropriate form to stop their automatic withdrawal from my credit card.

My email requests to cancel started out friendly with Dear Helen & when I refused their offer to alter my type of subscription I became Dear Customer (now faceless but must be the account holder to make changes) so rather than persevere with this nonsense I simply contacted my bank as after all they work for me.

My subscription has now been cancelled, by my bank, at my end
