You can mail up to 5 sheets of 20lb paper with 1 standard postage stamp within the United States.
Not all paper has the same thickness or size, but if you are using the most usual type of paper, you can mail four sheets with one regular stamp.

If you need to mail 10 sheet of paper, you need to put two stamps on the package. You can fold it in an envelope or put it in a manila envelope.
