You don't have to go any further than the internet to find HIPAA certification. There are various internet classes or even listings online to find local HIPAA certification classes on the internet.

Classes for EMT certification are popular because of the career opportunities that follow. Because of this popularity, there is no reason to offer the classes for free. A municipality desperate for EMTs might offer a class for free to ensure service, but it is unlikely. Students in accredited programs are eligible for federal and state aid. Many schools do not list specific prerequisite classes to be taken, however they do require that you have a valid, current CPR certification. This CPR certification will need to be maintained throughout your further schooling and career as am EMT.

The Microsoft training certification does not actually require any classes. You can simply take the microsoft test. You can take countless classes in order to prepare for this test though.
There are several online courses to obtain medical billing and coding certification. Courses are also offered at local colleges.
I dont know of any free online writing classes as such, but there's plenty of websites that will share help and tips about how to write online.
