If you are look for new methods to grow taller, I suggest you try: Diet, Yoga, Supplements , Amino Acids... There is a well known height clinic in Canada by Dr Etienne... I personally would not use anything to increase my height but instead hang with those who are shorter than me- like this I' am always tall
