Answer from different person:
I am an STNA in Columbus, Ohio and I make the same amount ($10.25/hour). However, I don't plan on being an STNA for the rest of my life. It is the perfect job for someone going into an allied health profession. The experience alone is worth more to me than the wage. If you love helping people, are hard working, and need experience in the health field while going to school, then this is the job for you.
12.85/HR

When I went through training, I was told about $8.00 per hour. When I worked as an aide, I worked night shift at a LTCF in Newark and was paid $12.40 starting out (more than the hospital at $11.00 per hour). It depends on the facility or hospital.
