This could be a blood blister if you are referring to the scar tissue. I had a bump start forming on my surgery scar and when I went for my follow up, I asked them to pop it. I'm glad I did because I had fluid from my pancreas building up and that's what formed the bubble. When they popped it the fluid came like a wave so unless you have a lot of towels or feel like your going to burst. If your feeling really bloated I would call 911 unless your seeing a doc the next day.
Take the dog to the vet ASAP. There is likely an infection.
Possibly, but I would say it's more likely that the wound is infected, especially if there is a discharge (pus leaking out), it feels hot to the touch, and/or there are red "streaks" leading away from the site. In any event, getting medical advice from the internet is not the best idea. Please see your doctor. Hope this helps.
e Whatis the red lump coming out my turtle buttI
A firm, non-painful lump where the incision was made to spay your cat is absolutely normal. It is a part of the healing process most cats will go through *but not all*. Some things to look out for though- if the cat seems to be in pain from the lump or if it is red, swelling, or has drainage or if your cat is listless or not eating, this may be some cause for concern... in these events I would suggest calling your vet to check it out. Sometimes its not a bad idea to let the vet know that the lump has formed whether its painful or swollen anyway, just so they can make a note of it, and give you more detailed instruction as to make sure it does not get infected.
A red lump at the site of your contraceptive implant requires a checkup.
This is the best advice i can give you - take it to the vets.

hard lump between jaw and ear what is it and how can it be cured?
Plum is the fruit.
A red itchy lump on the skin that is about the size of a penny and which is raised slightly is most probably some type of bug bite. If the lump does not go away after about a week, consult your physician.
it means she needs to drink more water or milk.
