Possibly, but I would say it's more likely that the wound is infected, especially if there is a discharge (pus leaking out), it feels hot to the touch, and/or there are red "streaks" leading away from the site. In any event, getting medical advice from the internet is not the best idea. Please see your doctor. Hope this helps.

What cranial bone is not sutured?

All cranial bones are joined by sutures with some bones having Sharpey's fibres giving a degree of flexability to some joints but even these joints are still sutures. The part of the skull that is not sutured is the mandible (the jaw) but then this structure is not actually a part of the cranium. The cranium is the portion of the skull that contains the brain.

What are the swollen nodules at healing site of spay incision?

My vet told me the hard nodule around my dogs incision is from the immune response to the sutures and it will resolve on its own. If your dog has swelling near the incision, then that is a seroma. You can google that for a good explanation.

Can I use Bactine spray on my dog's incision after surgery?

You could, but it's probably not the best idea. The surgical site should be kept clean until the sutures come out, but the incision should be sealed when the animal is recovered from anesthesia. Depending on what is in the Bactine spray, there may be drugs that inhibit the healing process, which may make it take longer for the incision to heal.

Do vets use stitches after neutering a dog?

Most veterinarians use sutures that dissolve now a days due to the fact that most animals do not want to sit still to get the sutures removed. And those will take about 4 weeks or so to completely dissolve.

What if the stiches is on the bottom of foot how long before you can walk on it?

Any time you stretch or pull the skin around sutures, it tends to open the wound and impede healing. Likewise, if you pull hard enough to pull the sutures out, a more serious wound occurs in that it can't be re-sutured. If you can walk with zero stress on the wound and the sutures, you can do it now. But please do be very careful -- feet are wonderful things in that they handle an amazing amount of stress, but unfortunately it's hard to tell what's stretching what. My advice would be stay off the foot as much as possible until the wound is closed and the sutures removed.
