¿Donde estás? Is Spanish for "Where are you?"
So you have to answer it depending on where you are.
But you will always start the sentence with "Estoy..." which means "I am..."
To say "I'm here," you'd say "Estoy aquí."
To say "I am in" or "I am at," you will generally say "Estoy en..." For example, "Estoy en la plaza" (I'm in the plaza) or "Estoy en mi auto" (I am in my car).
