well from my perspective ice is Aisu and angel is tenshi so i think its "aisu tenshi"! Another way to say this would be to use 氷 (koori) the Japanese Kanji for "ice" with 天使 (tenshi), which is as stated above, "angel". Then to say "Ice Angel", it would be 氷の天使 (koori no tenshi).
