It depends. There are multiple ways to say it. Informally, there is not always a subject in Japanese, so simply "愛してる" (aishiteru, literally to love) or "好き" (suki - however, adding "だい" [dai] to the beginning, making it だい好き adds a sort of emphasis and changes just "like" to "really like"... in a sense.) If you wanted to be polite and add subjects and change "aishiteru" to "aishiteimasu [masu/ pol. form], you would write,

私はあなたを愛しています。(Watashi wa, anata o aishiteimasu). You may also interchange "愛しています" with "だい好き", etc. if you would like, since the meaning remains generally the same.
