The letter 'v' is a litter tricky in Japanese. For example for DVD they write it ディーブイディー /dii bui dii/.
There are two ways to write that initial and both are correct, but the first is better:
ブイ・ジェー・オー read /bui - jee - oo/
ヴィ・ジェー・オー read /vi - jee - oo/
[oo and ee = elongated 'o' and 'e' vowels]
