How would you write: my country is Scotland in French?
Mon pays est l'Écosse or L'Écosse est mon pays (this form sounds more patriotic)
My: Mon
Country: pays
is: est
Scotland: Ecosse
* [l']: is used to replase the "la" ("the" in feminine form), because Scotland is feminine in French. So we don't say: Mon pays est la Écosse (because it doesn't "sound armonious").
There is no such word as "wesh" and if there were, it would still depend on which country's name you want to write.
this is how you say fourteen in french: quatorze. you write 14 in french the exact same way.

To write "I am 34 years old" in French, you would write "J'ai 34 ans."
Well you cannot write a language in a different language because each language has a specific set of characters that they use just with themselves. If you wanted to write in French you would have to write in French. Like if you are American and wanted to write in Spanish you would use Spanish characters. Hope I answered your question :D

The same way you would write a letter in English, you just need to translate it into French. A French dictionary or an online translator might be helpful.
J'ai un crayon.
It would be spelled the same, Gary.
