sweet life
"Life is sweet" in Spanish is "la vida es dulce." It is pronounced, "la BEE-dah ess DOOL-say." Sites such as learn-spanish.co.il provide audio pronunciations of many common Spanish words.
The expression "Live it up" cannot be translated literally. A similar Spanish expression is "Agárrate la vida" which literally translates to "grab on to your life" and is similar to the English expression "grab on with everything you've got" as it applies to living a more adventurous life. If you mean "Live it up" as in "go to a lot of parties", the best Spanish expression would probably be "Vivo la vida loca" (which did exist before Ricky Martin) and translates to "I live the crazy life."
La Vida es Bella
vida loca means crazy life and you is an English word nearly there, we did it in class. viva la vida loca means live the crazzy life, so it is basically saying you live the crazy life :)
Vi la vida means "I saw the life" so you probably mean viva la vida which means, "live the life."
