The noun 'study' is "benkiyou" in Japanese. The verb 'to study' in present tense is 'benkiyoushi-masu.' べんきょうします。 The negative form of 'to study' (to not study) in present tense is 'benkiyoushi-masen'. べんきょうしません。 For past tense (positive), add '-mashita' -ました instead of '-masu' or '-masen'. For past tense (negative), add '-masendeshita' -ませんでした instead of 'masu', 'masen' or 'mashita'.
私の夢は、日本の大学で勉強することです (watashi no yume wa, nihon no daigaku de benkyou surukoto desu.) But in my opinion, it is unnatural to say that "it is my dream to..." and especially unnatural if in Japanese. So I recommend you to say, 私の目標は、日本の大学で勉強することです。 (watashi no mokuhyouha, nihonno daigaku de benkyou surukoto desu.) Which means, My AIM is to study in a Japanese university. Because, it's pretty much something that isn't VERY unlikely, it won't be a dream.
