My given name is Jack and although I've lived in latin american countries for years, no one has attempted to change it to something else. Some people claim it may be Juan because in English some Jacks are really named John, but I wasn't. Another variation is Santiago which is a derivation of James, and others have suggested Jacobo which is a translation of Jacob.
If you want Jack there is no translation, nor no need ... just use Jack.
