The prayer you reference seems to be a classic prayer to one's Guardian angel which runs in English:
Angel of God, my guardian dear
to whom God's love commits me here
ever this night be at my side
to light and guard
to rule and guide.
There are two versions in Spanish:
Amen.

The Guardian Angel prayer is a prayer to one's personal guardian angel for protection and guidance. It asks the angel to watch over and guide the person throughout their life, keeping them safe from harm and helping them to make good choices. The prayer is often recited as a way to seek comfort and reassurance in times of need.
Amen.

Every single human being has their own Guardian Angel appointed to them by God the instant they are conceived, we will never know the name of our Guardian Angel until we die, as they are pure spirit, and, outside a special Revelation from God, we do not contact them outside of prayer. There is no special guardian angel for the month of September alone.
I'm not quite sure if this answers your question, but the Catholic ( & possibly other Christian religions) prayer To the Guardian Angel is this:Angel sent by God to guide me,be my light and walk beside me,be my guardian and protect me,in the paths of life direct me.AmenAgain I'm not sue if that answers your question, but I got that prayer word-for-word from my prayer book. I go to a Catholic school, & we have a small paperback prayer book I got this from. Hope this answers your question~!!^^
