e/i: Barcelona is Spanish, but we still say Barcelona in the U.S. (OK -so we say Rome not Roma, Lyons not Lyon, Lisbon not Lisboa, Seville not Sevilla but heh)

Miley Cyrus is Amerian, but everyone else still calls her Miley Cyrus.
