It was the brain child of Robert Long and with his "Skin Mystique" wrinkle creme that actually worked, the company catapulted to success. After internal problems with money and the inability to control such a fast growing company that went international, they had no choice but to file bankruptcy. Robert M Long died in June of 2012.
