Yes, at least once, and was actually done on a demonstration flight of the Boeing 707. It should be possible on the 747 as well, but there might be some gravity-fed equipment you would risk damaging in the process.

Do planes fly upside down?

It depends what type of plane you are talking about, as some planes, such as the extra 300s, are made so that they can fly upside down. However, the big heavy metal planes such as a Boeing 747 are less likely to be able to due to the way the wings are shaped and the fact that they are very heavy (heavier than extra 300s!!!) Maybe. Airplanes which are designed for it can fly upside down. However most aircraft are not designed for this, and will lose engine power during extended negative G (upside down) flying. In order to reliably fly upside-down the airplane must be equipped with an engine and fuel system which is designed with this in mind. Normally turning an engine upside down will interrupt the normal flow of oil to vital parts, and may interrupt fuel flow as well. There are engines which are designed with this in mind, and can run upside down without problems, but these engines cost considerably more than the normal type, and so most civilian aircraft are not equipped with them. As a result, most run-of-the-mill civilian aviation motors are designed to automatically shut off the fuel flow during extended periods of negative-G in order to prevent damage to the engine and/or fire. Additionally, traditional aircraft airfoils are horrifically inefficient upside down, and aircraft which are not designed to do so will fly very clumsily and ineffectively upside down and may not be able to do it at all for more than just a few seconds. Very large aircraft tend to have tremendously slow roll-rates, and may not be able to complete the roll maneuver to get upside-down in the first place. However, a skilled pilot can execute a full 360 degree barrel-roll without ever subjecting the aircraft to a negative G load. So in that capacity nearly any aircraft can be flown upside down, if only for an instant. Such maneuvers are not recommended, and may be illegal in aircraft which are not aerobatic certified.

How long would it take to fly to the sun in Boeing 747?

It is not possible to fly to the sun in a Boeing 747 as it is simply not designed for such a journey. The extreme heat and radiation near the sun would make it impossible for any craft to travel there.
