The only steel cents were struck in 1943, not 1993.

The last wheat cents were struck in 1958.

If your coin is dated 1943, it's worth about a quarter.

If it's dated 1993 it's a Lincoln Memorial cent.

If it's 1993 and is silver colored you'll need to have it inspected in person by a dealer to determine if it's been plated (no extra value) or is missing the copper coating so its zinc core shows through (a mint error worth several dollars).
