Prior to 1989 Cincinnati used to not get that much rain. It would rain every great once in a while. I remember from a child to age 23 that you could pretty much know what weather was coming in Cincinnati based on it's season. Since 1989, rain comes down 2 to 3 times per week or more it seems (or some other precipitation does). Doesn't matter season, even in summer Cincinnati gets too much rain. Although I have no way of proving it, I suspect the government may be seeding rain clouds. You can look for sources online about seeding rain clouds. This is also big business for weather forecasters and meteorologists. The government and everybody else should leave the weather alone and let it be what it is supposed to be. It's not natural.

How much rain forest does a rain forest get each year... Well, I would say that a rain forest can't really get any rain forests in a year, but Tropical rain forests get about 200-600 cm of rain each year, and Temperate Rain forests get 200-400 cm of rain each year.
