It is going to be on the expensive side relative to gravel, sand or caliche (I'm in Texas), but crushed concrete will lock together once it is in place and driven on a few times. Absolutely won't go anywhere and will hold a "crown." It will be cheaper if the highway department has a big project going on nearby.
