Technically, she doesn't have any siblings with the same mother (Metis) and father (Zeus). She has many half siblings though, considering that her father was Zeus and he had many children. Some of her more famous half sisters and half brothers are: Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Dionysus, Persephone, Hephaestus, Hermes, Heracles (also known as Hercules), Perseus, and Helen. There are many others.

Like she won the Athenians' hearts with an olive tree and found Poseidon's girlfriend in her temple, so she was turned into Medusa. Athena is mean, I would say that, but she is cool.
