I believe one big part of healthy children is to give them fresh food... as far as possible nothing frozen, canned or other ready cooked food. Try to get informations about nutrition and minerals and you will find out what kind of food kids need to grow up helthier than others. Try to avoid artificial food and glutamate... you will see, there is nearly none ready made food without glutamate. Glutamate is in suspision for a few illnesses... but nothing prooved yet. Try to avoid food with artificial colour which are mostly in sweets. Some of those colours are in supsicion to make the children nervous, but they didn´t test it yet. Bake cookies or cake yourself, so they still have there sweet part.
