You simply tell him "No" and then stand by that.
Ah, crying... I remember I had to do something i don't like to. Move on. go out with friends more.
no he is not.well it depends what he is crying for.if he has a scrape of the knee or a cut than it is okay.but if it is for not getting his way then it is not okay.
do something that makes you happy but notig you did with him
To stop an eight year old from sucking his fingers...well the mean way is to put hot sauce on his hands or the nicer way is to give them examples of their friends that they do not suck their fingers and it is immature.
a mother can have her opinions about the marriage but there is no way you can stop it if she is 18
tell him to back off and that he is way to young for you
Think of something else to get your mind off of what you are crying over... Talk about something else with a friend, or sing a happy song.
this is a very bad habit for an eight year old to get in and it is very hard to break. you need to just not let her/him get his way once, he/he will cry and cry and cry you will feel like a terrible mother but then she/he may not show it but in their mind he/she is thinking wow i dont get my way by crying. if this does not work then every time he/she cries for something you need to tell her/him to ask nicely use pleases and thank-yous and if he/she refuses then your just going to have to say no. this may be hard for you to do he/she is gonna give mean remarks to make you feel bad such a "i hate you" or she'll/he'll will cry ore but trust me! it will break the habit.
Not really, but there can be reasons for the crying. You need to look at the child's life and look at what the child is going through. Crying can be a symptom of depression, an act of wanting attention, a fear of something and this causes stress. Actually some can say that a crying child is not just a crying child any more.
No, stop worring about your weight a 10 or 11 year old should weigh that much!
