I'm exactly 160 pounds and 5 foot 2 at 11 years of age. I am overweight by far. I plan to lose weight not because i wanna be skinny to improve my health. what my doctor said was I should be around 125 pounds so if your 5 ft. and up you should be around 125 also I'm very active and DONT RELAY ON A SCALE YOU COULD BE BUILDING MUSCLE MAKING YOU GAIN WEIGHT!
