There is no correct answer to this. A person's weight and health status are dependent on that one person.

There is a healthy range depending on height and age, but deviance outside that range doesn't mean the person shouldn't weigh exactly what they weigh. Metabolism and absorbed caloric intake dictate a person's weight, and it's always dead-on what they should weigh. Whether the person's weight is cause for concern depends on whether the weight is causing problems medically or emotionally. Remedies for those issues are as specialized as the patient his or herself.
