It is down to how you feel in yourself, not what people tell you. I was 9 stone at 11 years old, and because I was unhappy, ate more and more. By aged 14 I was in size 18 school uniform, bullied and felt really bad about myself.

I would suggest, if someone feels like this at a young age, encourage healthy eating, not dieting. Just learn about good and filling foods (they do exist)

It took me until my 30s to realise this, and for the first time in my whole life, am gaining a figure I always craved. Get on it now and you will set the eating habits of a lifetime.
