It all depends on the 11 year old. Curling irons aren't very dangerous or anything if used properly, so if the girl can learn to use it properly, then it should be fine. Just make sure you read the instructions; that little piece of paper is very useful .

I have a few ideas... First shower, and shampoo your hair. Next blow dry your hair and then use a straightner and put grease in it. Another one is, wash ur hair shampoo and conditioner, then blow dry and curl your hair with a curling iron and grease it.
