"actually aphrodite had no parents. when uranus was killed by cronos, aphrodite sprang from the sea. she is actually made of sea foam. No one knew where she had came from....

She got married to Hepthaestus god of fire and smiths. Who was chosen of all the gods to marry her."

This isn't really correct. There are two myths which explained Aphrodite's birth and parentage. The first is according to Greek poet Homer who says she was the daughter of Zeus and a Titan named Dione.

The more popular version however is told by Hesiod another Greek Poet. Uranus was mutilated and killed by his son Cronos, and when this happened part of Uranus; his genetals fell into the sea. The result was Aphrodite bubbling up from sea foam created by Uranus gentitals. Thus the goddess of love, beauty, sex and fertility was born. So in both myths she has a father at least.

Aphrodite was forced to marry Hepthestus god of the blacksmiths because Zeus knew that otherwise there would be much fighting over her (there still was anyway)
