Plants need water to survive. They also provide most lifeforms with oxygen to breathe. Without plants, most animals (humans too) would die as soon as all the oxygen in the air was gone. Without water, sealife would die as well as trees. Basicly, without water, Most all life on earth would die.
You could go by boat. London was a seaport and travel by sea was faster than travel by land. It was also possible to use the river to travel. If you could not travel by water, and were forced to go by land, you could go by horse, if you could afford one, or by horse-drawn carriage, if you were really rolling in money, or, if you were most people, you could walk. The roads were terrible and it took a long time to get anywhere.
the poem her head written by Joan Murray is all about the fear long drought and its adverse effects on the people of Natal near Ekuvukeni in south Africa. Not only it left its ugly marks on the people but on the cattle and on vegetation. a poor woman carries water on her head from far off well. how does water scarcity affect the lives of people in the cold and hot deserts
Camels
The most common plants in deserts are cacti. These plants are able to go for long period of time without water and that is why they do well in deserts.
Because people won't survive the heat without water and it would cost to much for water transport, transport for people and food. And if I were an explorer I probably couldn't be bothered
Because deserts are hot and most people probably do not like hot weather and also their is not a lot of water supply.
All deserts are water deprived, that's why they are called deserts.
When Moses was dealing with his people in deserts, he became impatient sometimes. For example the rock to obtain water without waiting for God's command.

Most Egypt people live in the Nile Valley not the Deserts because there is more water supply and it isn't that hot in the Nile Valley as it is in the Deserts.
They would either stop at a settlement with a water source, at an oasis or at a river.
