hi this is irfan shaikh, i hve been dancing since 5yrs in bollywood film industry, i strongly believe dat dancing is jst sumthing more than sport, firstly dancing is fun and secondly it improves so many things in ur body, wen u dance u hve to remember the steps vch boost up ur grasping power, it kips u active, no nid to do cardio and gym, the important thing is to warm up and do pre dancing exercise b4 u start, there are so many gud things to tell u abt dancing vch vl tke atleat 10crores words for me to explain ech and everything,lets cut it short, i hve bin enjoying my dance since last 5yrs and still not even 1% bored, didnt u see Michael Jackson ws going to perform b4 he died his age ws 50yrs still was very active. thanks. irfan(irf_shk@hotmail.com)

Well basically, when you do dancing, you do alot of moving about so you get fitter and more healthy. You can do dance workouts and they are sports. Dancing isn't a big sport like tennis or netball but dancing is a sport. Hope this helped :)
