This varies from decade to decade, it seems. However, a recent survey indicates that Verdi's Tosca is the most performed (and most productions), with Mozart's The Magic Flute and Puccini's Madama Butterly also very popular.

Puccini's opera is based on "La Tosca," by Victorien Sardou. The libretto was by Giuseppe Giacosa and Luigi Illica.
There is no such thing as "Tosca a Puccini Vordi Mozart Rossin", but Puccini wrote an opera called Tosca; and Verdi, Mozart and Rossini were composers.
