If the dash light on a 1991 Plymouth Sundance does not work, this may be because it is grounded. Another reason may be busted fuse.
The Fuse for the radio should be located within the fuse panel. It should be a 10 watt i believe
I believe it is on the drivers side behind the fuse box. I am dealing with this myself. It has 3 prongs and there is a relay switch beside it. My fusible link gets hot.
I'm not exactly sure for a '94 but on a '93 there is no fuse. It is one of a group of fuzable links located behind the battery.
Under the fuse box
in the fuse box
you need a 10 amp (red) fuse for the radio. the fuse is located in the top right fuse corner of the fuse panel. it is marked radio underneath the fuse.

The fuse for the tachometer in a 1992 Plymouth Sundance is typically located in the fuse box, which is found under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can identify the specific fuse for the tachometer by checking the diagram on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual. If the tachometer is not functioning, checking the fuse should be one of the first troubleshooting steps. If the fuse is intact, further diagnosis may be needed for the tachometer itself.

It's a 10 amp fuse, but, at least on my '94 model, it's in position 15, which is on the far right, one down from the top. the number on the fuse is ten
If you can get a copy of the owner's manual it is in there.
i have never ever seen a fuse for a radiator in any vehicle what so ever. you need to explain more what you are looking for
