Comedian Adam Hills was on a flight from Sydney to Melbourne with a team of Aussie Rugby players when their Airbus wen missing in the Snowy Mountains. With no food and only ice to eat, the players panicked and decided to eat his lower leg which was already shaven. Adam was conscious through the whole ordeal and was the only one to ask for seconds. By nightfall they were spotted by aerial rescue, which was lucky for Adam as the team were still hungry and complaining that they should have eaten the other leg as it now appeared bigger the one they'd eaten. They said it tasted just like chicken. They were rescued just after dark having spent just one afternoon in the snow. Adam used the bone left over from the feast to help construct the artificial limb.
