If you want to send a stereo audio signal to another room hook up a stereo modulator to the stereo RCA ouputs of the VCR and connect a MTS compatible TV to the coax at the other end and you will get the stereo audio.

You can always hook it up to a VCR with composite cables and it'll work just fine.
