If you, your friend, or your neigbor have any land that has alot of trees or is in the woods, that would be a good place to start. Make plenty of dummys, because the more "people" the scarier it tends to be. Also, you could hang up fake cobwebs. Ask some of your friends and family to dress in all black and wear a scary mask so they wont be recognized. Ask them to hide behind trees and when a wagon goes by, they can sneak up and scare them by either a sudden scream, a sudden jump, or by touching them when they aren't expecting it. Good Luck!
