There are many differences....but some are: Kuchipudi has lip movement, while bharatanatyam does not....Bharatanatyam is known for its stiff posture, whereas kuchipudi is more fluid movement. Their costumes are different too.

Kuchipudi has also tiptoe movements and other nritta-based dance movements that are distinct from other Indian dance forms. Today, Kuchipudi flourishes all over the world and continues to relive and revive its legacy and traditions.
