That would depend on your point of view, religious belief and mythological inclination.
By Hindu Mthology, all matter is one, and (Like enegry) it can not be created or destroyed. It only changes form. By this view point, the weight of the wolds populace will have no impact on the worlds total mass, as it is all the same, considering the mass one body loses would be made up for in a different form by a different body.
Speaking from a western scientific point of view, it might increase the relative mass of the planet to a small degree, but as the mass of the planet is calculated by measuring the gravitational forrce other nearby bodies exert on it, the amount of mass gained (i.e: combined weight of all the fat people) would need to be high enough to reduce the gravitational attraction between heavenly objects for it to be considered a significant increase in planetary mass.
The same principle in reverse should answer your question regarding weight loss.
It's unlikely that anyone would care about such a silly thing, but even if they did weigh him, nobody ever recorded it.
you would have been expected to behave silent and if you werent you would be kicked out and they would have took all your money/shillings. Actually, no. The audiences were more rowdy than that, though apparently not as rowdy as they were at other theatres like the Fortune or the Red Bull, known for having brawls between audience members, or when there was a riot at the Swan and the theatre was seriously damaged, both physically and in reputation. a suburban weighs 378.2 pounds The above would be the wrong answer. An obese person could weigh that much, most likely the answer would be 3,782 pounds (not sure) 5200 pounds
It is not safe to be obese so you would need to weigh the pros and cons of getting surgery. The best way is always to lose the weight naturally. Good luck.

From 186 pounds and over is considered obese for a height of 5ft6. From 155 pounds until 185 pounds is considered overweight for a height of 5ft6. From 115 pounds to 154 pounds is considered the normal weight range for a height of 5ft6.

This question would suggest that Australia has one of the world's highest percentages of obese people. This is not the case. Australia is not even on the World Health Organisation's list of the world's top 10 "fattest" countries. Figures from the 2004-2005 Australian National Health Survey indicated that 47% of Australians over the age of 15 were overweight, but only one-third of them were obese - which is roughly 18%. As for why there are some obese people - this is largely the result of the influence of fast food restaurants in Australia.
