Propaganda certainly encourages a narrow viewpoint about things. It is designed to influence the perspective of people by making them react emotionally against anyone who holds an opinion contrary to the propagandist. Propaganda usually avoids approaching issues in an intellectually objective manner by calling the "enemy" names which instill feelings of contempt and dislike.
Is it unacceptable? In practical terms, not at all. American political discourse is filled with propaganda in which members of the several parties attempt to tar and vilify those of the other party in order to make their adherents hate them. The same is true of politics in many other countries. Propaganda is an accepted practise in all countries of the world.
problems = problèmes
The problems are created by several users share the time-sharing and multiprogramming system. So I think the created security problems are:
You may be referring to a poem by Marianne Moore (1887-1972): I MAY, I MIGHT, I MUST If you will tell me why the fenappears impassable, I thenwill tell you why I think that Ican get across it if I try. If so, then try this strategy: First, read the poem for its plain sense -- "with the grain," as we say. That will tell you a literal meaning, a meaning that does not have any "interpretation." Next, think of some words that might describe the mood of the person who is speaking. [Some examples, not ones that I am necessarily recommending, are: Defiant? Angry? Matter-of-fact? Determined? Half-hearted? Sincere? Timid?] Then, think about what the poem might mean in the life of someone who had that viewpoint. For example, how would a person with that viewpoint face problems? Raise children? Counsel friends? In a word, what would be the attitudes, values, and behavior of someone who lived by that thought. Note: Rather than looking for the meaning -- a single, correct, authoritative meaning -- try to find some reasonable and sensible meanings within your own experience in life.

True. Propaganda is a form of communication that manipulates information to promote a particular agenda, often at the expense of truth and critical thinking. It typically presents a biased or one-sided perspective and can mislead audiences by only highlighting specific issues or viewpoints.
Scapegoat propaganda is a form of communication that blames a particular group for societal problems or issues, often stirring up prejudice and discrimination against that group. It is used to divert attention from the real causes of problems and to manipulate people's emotions for political or social gain.
Departmentation by theory encourages focus on customer needs but requires managers and staffs expert in customers' problems.
The different social problems include crime, taking alcohol, fighting, use of abusive language and many more. Social problems refer to things that a particular community views as unacceptable.
Propaganda is often created and promoted by governments, political groups, organizations, or individuals with the intention to influence public opinion, shape beliefs, and manipulate attitudes towards a particular cause, idea, or group. It is designed to persuade and sway individuals towards a specific viewpoint or agenda, often by using biased or misleading information.
To feel good, get away from their simple problems (bf/gf), etc. Some SAY they do it to be "cool"
Since The Jewish People were blamed for things from Inflation to diseases, propaganda was a major factor and the biggest. Everyone from citizens to soldiers believed there economy was stricken and there problems had all because of the Jewish people. Those beliefs were spread through propaganda since there was no long list of hard evidence that this was the case.
Hitler's recommended propaganda technique was to repeat simple ideas over and over again, appeal to emotions rather than facts, and demonize an enemy as a scapegoat for society's problems. This technique aimed to manipulate public opinion and create a sense of unity and identity among the population.
Having a background in Philosophy allows one to think about problems in unconventional ways, and also encourages higher-thinking.
There are no problems faced by multiculturalism. Multiculturalism encourages racial and ethnic harmony. How can educating people on accepting another culture and being made aware of the contributions to our nation from ALL cultures cause a problem? I feel that the only problems facing multiculturalism, are the people who do not believe in it and who do not embrace what it stands for.
the commercial was a great Propaganda
In World War II, Hitler used a lot of propaganda to incite the Germans against the Americans. Likewise, America had a lot of propaganda cartoons about Hitler (see Der Fuhrer's Face, a Donald Duck cartoon. You can find it on YouTube.) I would use these subjects to write about.
